This travel adventure guideline highlights what to do in the 10 Days in South Sudan. During this photo trip, the focus is on the authentic tribes living in South Sudan. You will visit the South Sudan tribes like the Lotuko, Larim/Boya, and Mundari, and their cattle camp.
Day 1. Arrival in Juba
Change money and make other necessary arrangements for the trip (necessary Alien registration stamps in passport and permits).
Depending arrival time, have lunch at the appropriate time.
Lunch, Dinner, and overnight in Either Royal Palace Hotel / Palm Africa Hotel, or Crown Hotel
Day 2. Drive from Juba City - Ilieu village (Lotuko tribe)
Drive to the rocky hills of the Lotuko/Latif mountains and visit Ilieu Lotuko village. Very traditional village and a stunning place in a beautiful natural environment. The wall is made of rocks and beautiful architecture.
Visit the Lotuko people with their traditional music and dance.

Days 3 And 4. Travel to Kimatong (Larim/Boya tribe)
Wake up early and visit the Lotukjo village. Have breakfast and drive to Kimatong in the Boya mountains, a tremendous granite enclave in the middle of the African savanna.
There, we will visit the village of the Larim (Boya) tribe. The young women of this tribe have impressive body scarifications, they also pierce their noses and lips. Widowed women wrap vegetable cords around their legs and heads.

Days 5 And 6. Drive From Kimatong - Toposa
In the morning, after breakfast, transfer to the eastern part of the country. Kapoeta is an ideal base to explore the Toposa tribal territory.
The Toposa are Turkana-speaking cattle-rearing people who have resisted Western influence to this date. The Toposa have traditionally lived by herding cattle, sheep, and goats, and in the past were involved in the ivory trade. They have a tradition of constant warfare, usually cattle raids, against their neighbors, and we will visit the Toposa village this afternoon.

Day 7. Drive From Toposa to Juba City
Have breakfast and then embark on the journey to Juba, have lunch in Torit, and a short city tour in this town, thereafter you will be transferred to your hotel in Juba for dinner and overnight stay.
Overnight in either the Royal Palace Hotel, the Palm Africa Hotel, or the Crown Hotel

Day 8. Drive To Mundari Cattle Camp
After breakfast, drive from Dinka Cattle Camp. We will just be on time to observe the Mundari evening activities as their cattle return to the sleeping grounds at the cattle camp in the evening.
Observe their daily activities: milking, grazing, collecting dung, fetching wood, crossing the Nile based on the location of the cattle camp, covering their bodies with pink ash and body/face painting, young boys specially simulate the cows, shower using the urine of the cows, see their instruments. If possible, also arrange a quick wrestling match.

Day 9. Transfer back to Juba for a Boat safari.
After having a good time with the Mundari people and their Cattle Camp. We will drive back to Juba City for a boat safari on the Nile River.
Day 10. Departure-
Based on your international flight schedule, you will be transferred to the Airport for your flight back home, hence calling it the end of your South Sudan trip.

This is a pioneering trip travelling to remote regions, which rarely, if ever, see tourists.
Infrastructure for much of the trip will be non-existent, and a great degree of flexibility is needed to deal with any local conditions that may present themselves. In case of any land border crossing difficulties or challenges, you will be advised to fly to access both countries
