ABOUT LAKE TURKANA, KENYA
Lake Turkana is the largest permanent desert lake in the world and the fourth largest salt lake globally by volume. Located in northern Kenya’s Rift Valley, it stretches from the Ethiopian border through a dramatic volcanic desert landscape.
