The ultimate 2 days gorilla safari tour commences from Kigali – Rwanda northwards to either Southern Bwindi through Chanika Border to Kisoro. Alternatively, set off from Kigali through Katuna border and traverse the scenic Kigezi highlands commonly referred to as “the Switzerland of Africa” to Bwindi impenetrable.

Day 1
  • 08:00 AM

    Day 1: Kigali city to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
    Upon arrival at Kigali airport, a tour guide from ultimate wild safaris will welcome you and transfer you to Ruhija Bwindi through Uganda from Rwanda border. This drive through the picturesque road to northern Bwindi will take approximately four hours and finally spend a night at bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Day 2
  • 08:00 A.M

    Day 2: Gorilla Trekking
    After an early morning breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters and later begin the gorilla trekking experience. It normally takes between an hour and 6 hours to encounter the awesome mountain gorillas. After the Gorilla trek return to the lodge bathe, enjoy some food and refreshments and immediately transfer back to Kigali.

    I went on holiday last January (2018). Ultimate Wild Safaris were very easy to do business with, we regularly communicated until I made my mind up. I was met at the Kigali airport by a friendly representative who took me to my first hotel,and rest was to have fun through out.
